En este proyecto se añaden nuevos usos a un antiguo edificio industrial en el pueblo de Quebradillas, Puerto Rico, se toma en cuenta la existencia de estructuras e infraestructuras existentes para replantear espacios que acomoden una biblioteca, un Instituto de Mecánica Automotríz y comercios. Se atiende el contexto urbano inmediato del pueblo.

Industrial Building Re-use
This is a re-use of an existing ex-industrial building within the urban limit of Quebradillas Town, Puerto Rico. As part of the new proposed spaces, a library, school and commerces was added to provide with useful spaces to the surrounding community.
